Find Your Program

Every athlete develops differently. TAP offers four training programs built around Strength, Balance, Coordination, and Control.

Whether your athlete is building individual skills, exploring team-based training, or preparing for competition, our programs provide structured training with a purpose.

Tournament Teams

Different strengths. One team.

Our focus is on developing strong, well-rounded teams where athletes train with purpose, execute routines with precision, and hold themselves and their teammates accountable.
